Attention: If you return your return shipment to a different address, then unfortunately we will not be able to process it!
It's the customers responsibility to fill in the correct address details. We would do our best to help you. In this case, please send us an e-mail so we can start an investigation for you at our logistics partner.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have shipped your order. In this e-mail you will find the track & trace number of your package. With the corresponding link and via www.postnl.nl you can track your order.
Unfortunately we cannot change your address when you've placed your order.
Should you not receive your order within the delivery time, please contact our team at email@example.com to assist you in locating your order.
If the 10 business days has past, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. For all orders placed within 10 business days, we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.
You will receive an email from our team indicating your refund has been successfully processed once the refund has been submitted.
Once you receive the email, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to be applied back into your bank account.
We don't process exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as soon as possible.
The return costs are for your own costs. This depends on the carrier.
